Dutch company Simed International placed on a world bank blacklist after attempting to bribe world bank staff

The Dutch company Simed international, built hospitals all over the world and had a rough annual turnover of 120million (euro).
Simed tried bribing a World Bank consultant for confidential information in the matter of a tender process. On a different occasion in Romania, a World Bank worker was offered a bribe in the form of "commission" for helping Simed win a contract.
After being blacklisted in March the company went bankrupt in April 2015.
